the Action Network. He is here with me about 24 hours after he got done with his push-up challenge,

where he bet Peter Christensen that he could, in fact, do 2,400 pushups in 12 hours.

He blew away the challenge, completing just over 2,400 in 11 hours and 5 minutes,

leaving time to spare.

All right, everyone, welcoming in the man, the myth, the legend, Jonathan Bales,

winner of the pushup challenge.

Uh, we are recording this about 20 hours after the end of the pushup challenge, 5 p.m. Central

Time, 6 p.m. Eastern time after the day after the challenge.

John, how are you feeling right now?

I feel proud to have won the bet, but my body is not great. I tried to get in a push-up position

earlier today, and I couldn't even do that. I just fell to the ground. So the challenge itself,

I guess, was probably like about what I expected, maybe slightly harder, but the aftermath is

way worse than I envisioned.
