I am coming at you this week with my solo episode for the month of March.

If you are a new podcast listener, I do a solo show.

The last episode of each month is a solo show. And I have also recently

started a new series that I do monthly too, kind of taking you behind the scenes of my own life

and some of the things that I'm raising my hand and saying yes to. That series is called my

Raise Your Hand say yes life. Also comes at you once a month before we jump

into this week's episode which is all about resonance and I'm really excited um because this topic

really plays into a lot of things that I've been working on in my own life different conversations

I've been having um and also a lot of things that I have witnessed in my work, in my classes,

and in my teachings. So it is an exciting thing for me to talk about. Before we dive into
