I think we're becoming more individualistic as a society where our sort of indelible values are

weakening by the day, by the year. In your early years, it was the 9-11 period of time, which I think

is also can't be overstated how that has affected people's perceptions of patriotism, because I think

what wound up happening was you had this terrible

attack on the United States. Patriotism surged. And then I think our leaders took advantage of

that patriotism and did a lot of terrible things.

like, 2018. And it was a fun conversation. That'll be out on Tuesday. Awesome. And then on Thursday, I talk with Polster, Kristen Solta Sanderson, who's an expert on Republican politics and

political science professor Seth Maskett. Two people have a lot to say about the GOP presidential

field. So we're going to talk about just like what's happening out there between DeSantis and Trump, what the electorate is looking for, different theories about like what's going to matter in this race and whether some of the other candidates that were that, you know, the media is not talking about enough, have any shot and like how we could size up the rest of the field.
