I've been speaking with a lot of women in the class that I'm giving and they're explaining how they're doing a really great job because they finally have schedules and they're adhering to them and checking in on them and checking on each other.

So it's really wonderful.

But there are some women that definitely DM me and that I've talked through in my consultations that are struggling with sadness, anxiety, depression.

And it's just a lack of a will to do things in Ramadan because their emotions are taking over.

And right now because there's so many issues happening in the world, we are all going through a lot.

And if we allow our thoughts and feelings to get the best of us, we could easily slip into a deep and dark place

even within Ramadan. But what can we do about it? What can we do to get out of that?

Because we're kind of creating a barrier between ourselves and happiness. Today in this
