Hey guys, welcome back to the Righteous Remnant. This is Ashley. This is Dennis.

Today we're going to be talking a little bit, just like of a more casual conversation.

Specifically having to do, it's a little more theological, having to do with salvation.

So something that just like came into casual conversation with me and my friends was like,

now that we're like preparing to like have kids you know and really

instruct them in the ways of the Lord we were just wondering like we we all come from like pretty

broken families you know and so when we met God we had this like need like we ourselves

personally felt this need for jesus that he would save us

from our lives um and then we were just talking about like but we're obviously wanting the best for

our kids and obviously we're we're going to make mistakes um but if by the chance that we do a good job and they do are raised in a good Christian household,

and they know the word of God, and they live by it,

and they truly do see how good god is um how do they come to know christ right

like if they don't personally i obviously theoretically we all are in need of a savior but

if they don't personally feel that need of like jesus is my hope and my salvation like but it's just been like

this thing of they've been instructed in the ways of the Lord and they've grown into a good

Christian household and they they do say like oh I was born Christian or I was born in a

Christian family and you know I've just decided to follow Jesus and I love him like

how do we know that that's true love and salvation for sure I don't know if yeah

that made sense yeah no it makes perfect sense just as a pastor I I've known a lot of

people that were raised in church.
