Okay. First off, she's 22 months and second off, I am exhausted. because she is in the throes of some kind of sleep regression.

I don't understand it. I've talked before about how she's been kind of waking up at 5.30.

We've kind of solved that problem. And this week, it's resisting bedtime. She doesn't want to be comforted, held,

snuggled, nothing. And then I just like set her in her bed and she's like so sad and wailing and

unsettled. And she does this at naps too. And her naps have been so short. Like how short?

Oh, like 30 minutes. Yeah, that's short. And yeah, and she's the kind of kid that

usually does not wake up happy. Anyway, even if she has a good nap, right? She just wakes up and like,

why am I awake? So waking up from a short nap is just complete meltdown. Oh, and she must be getting

overtired. Yes, and do you know why? Why? Because she's waking up at 4.30 in the morning.

That's not, I'm sorry, I know it's AM. That's not the morning. That's the middle of the night.
