Summary

Mike Berrett is a psychologist, speaker and author. He is the co-founder and former CEO of the Center For Change, which specializes in helping those struggling with eating disorders and addictive illness. Mike has appeared multiple times as an expert on the Dr. Phil show. He is respected by peers throughout the mental health field. We talk about his life growing up, his time as a touring musician, how he got started in the mental health field, what he has learned by working with people struggling with addiction and the link between spiritual health and mental health. He gives great tips for those who are struggling, or know somebody struggling with eating disorders and other addictions. Mike is one of the best men I know. He is so smart, humble and loves to serve.
