1:17.6 | Now the issue might be an external condition like caring for a young child or an aging parent or the external |
1:25.7 | condition might be needing to spend two hours a day commuting to and from a job |
1:31.5 | including maybe taking buses or other forms of public transportation. |
1:35.0 | The issue could be a physical condition. |
1:39.0 | Maybe it's a health problem. |
1:40.0 | Maybe you've got chronic pain. |
1:42.0 | Or the issue might be some longstanding tendencies or lingering wounds or issues going back into your childhood. |
1:50.0 | So now you've got a challenge. There's an issue. The question is what would be useful inside your own mind to deal with that issue? |
