0:26.0	Yeah. Yeah. Well, by way of getting into the story, can you first tell me a little bit about yourselves as individuals and as a group Riley how do you how do you start?
0:36.3	So I started in the golf industry doing maintenance and then construction and then just fell in love with the sport and then started taking it a little
0:45.4	bit more seriously. I got myself in education, landscape architecture and
0:50.2	just kind of self-taught my way up until this point and I've been very very lucky
0:54.4	to have some amazing mentors along the way who have helped guide me and I think
0:58.8	that's probably been the biggest stepping stone for me as far as career wise.
1:04.0	I want to unpack that a little more.
1:07.0	So before we come over to Keith for a sec, so you, you, I feel like there's some big decisions in there that you might have glossed over.
1:16.0	What would you say is the biggest one?
1:17.8	Going to school.
1:18.9	I mean, I was working and I was not working.
1:23.0	I was shaping golf courses.
1:24.0	Okay.
1:25.0	Yeah, so I was building golf courses in Canada.
1:27.0	It's seasonal so you know you work hard for six months and then you got six months off and I was then I would just go traveling for the rest of the year and then there was always a golf
1:36.0	project waiting for me and it was pretty good. You know that school wasn't really on the radar
1:41.7	and I was like I got to a certain point was like I need to take this to another level if I want to get to another level and so you know
1:49.3	Instead of going say on a surf trip or going somewhere.
