Summary
Setting boundaries isn’t a particularly new concept and you’ve likely heard of them, but it’s possible you’re not using them in a way that serves you. You may believe that setting boundaries is about trying to control other people’s behaviors, but I want to show you how it’s actually a huge act of kindness for yourself and those you love. I challenge you to tune into your body and see why you might not be getting real about the boundaries you want to set in your life.
