So I'd love to hear a little bit about, you know, your journey, you know, what brought you to Interment and fasting fasting as a start I think the beginning journey is always

so interesting to give some background and perspective to the listeners so how did you actually

come to intermittent fasting you know how did that become a strategy

that you started becoming more interested in?

Yes, so my personal life and professional life

kind of crashed head on.

And I think I just ended up being in the right place at the right time so

I attribute a lot of my success to just pure dumb luck. As a child growing up my

mother had all kinds of bizarre illnesses that stem from genetic issues, but the doctors were just

treating the side effects of each symptom of these genetic issues rather than trying to figure out what was actually going on and of course each medication caused another five side effects and then other diseases.

So from a really young age, my parents involved me in the conversations and they're bright people and they were very frustrated that no one was trying to find the root cause.
