David Stockman makes another appearance on the program today.

Always a pleasure to talk to David.

He had a pretty contentious appearance not too long ago on the Fox Business Network.

I wound up writing a whole issue in my newsletter about it.

So I definitely want to talk to him about that.

But in general, I wanted

to get his thoughts about the Trump economy so far. I mean, maybe it's too early to call it the Trump

economy. Who even knows how to decide what the effect that presidents have on the economy is? But he's

been writing quite a bit about this. And he's hardcore free market, you know, with some issues that he and I have discussed in the past where we have some disagreement.

But basically, he's writing from a pretty hardcore free market perspective.

And he's been skeptical of some of the claims made.

But these come from a guy who's not a nitpicker or who's not just a knee-jerk anti-Trump.

He's really, really thought everything through and knows the numbers and facts and figures inside and out.

So very, very, very much worth listening to.
