but I'd love for you to share with the listeners because I feel like our stories are so critical and so important to kind of directing the direction that we kind of head in in terms of our, you know, our niche and our focus, but I'd love for you to share with the listeners a little bit about you and how you kind of came to where you are today.

And from what I know about you and what we just talked about a little bit not too different right so my story and this is where our book starts with my story and why this is become

You know where life meets at work sort of thing. So my story actually started obviously as a young, as a young child sort of wanting

to be a medical doctor growing up went into undergrad

in a biology degree decided to go into naturopathic medicine because I was I was sort of disappointed with the medical care I was I was

getting at the time I was a young woman with IBS severe irritable bowel

syndrome and I just I got frustrated and I thought naturopathic

medicine was going to help and so I decided to go into naturopathic medicine

instead and I'm glad that I did because I think it it brought together a combination of I went to the Canadian College of

Metropolitan which is a great school and I got a really nice balance between

the medical sciences and sort of the complementary medicine.

But what I got from it the most, I think, was learning how to look at people as a whole
