Summary

After months of confusion I've finally spoken to an actual non-binary person! Freddie gave some insight into what being non-binary means and why it's so confusing for people to understand. I finally get to ask all my burning questions - like is it appropriate to ask a stranger "Hey, what's your pronoun?" Also, why it's horrible to call employees "Team Members" (barf).
