Some of you know my backstory, you've read the bio or pieces of my book fishing for happiness

And I talk about skin cancer, it's something that I literally never thought would happen to me

And maybe you're that person right now and you're like, oh it'll never happen to me

But you spend time in the sun or maybe you don't

I grew up in Florida, it was born and raised in Florida, spent a lot of time out in the sun

But my parents were actually really good about putting sunscreen on me and kind of getting me in the habit at a young age

And I wasn't the guy out getting fried and turning into lobster

Yeah, I mean everyone, especially in their teenage years

Maybe you have that one or two dumb episodes where you do get a little bright red

But I wasn't the guy peeling every weekend, I just never thought it would happen to me

And I will never forget it, I was on the way back from a trip
