I seriously want to go to medical school just so I can have a doctor in front of my name,

but then I'll be so deep into student loans that I just won't make sense.

That'll be four hours of your four years of your life you'll never get back.

That is true.

And four hours on vaccine education in those four years.

Yes, boy, well that's four more hours than most people get.

That is absolutely true.

But I digress.

You always do.

So welcome back to the episode that we are going to talk about today guys and to our podcast season two.

We have been asked, specifically I have been asked for this episode.

And so we're going to do it because you guys ask and we listen.

And this topic is about kind of where do you start?

So when you meet somebody that wants to know why you are in this movement and wants to know some more information, where do you start?

And also second part to that if you have a friend, colleague, family member who's having a baby or maybe is having another child and has seen some things you've been posting or talking about and wants to know where to start researching.

So kind of what would we advise or what would we are go to?

To provide information for those two circumstances and kind of what do we talk about to give you guys some tips on what you can be using?

For yourself and in your lives.
