1:47.0	So first of all I want to say that you can't fuck up. The only thing you can do is kind of avoid thinking about it and or overthink it to the point of paralysis

2:05.0	So whatever you do, be active and conscious in your decision making and don't muscle it. just because a lot of the time you need space and
2:16.8	distance for the answer to come forth like you can't solve it if you're focusing on
