about my problems with my girls and moving my body to clear my head.

Which is why every episode I'm going to invite my friends to talk, share, listen and take control

of our shit.

Because together, we will become individually and

collectively stronger, inspire each other and create a badass community. So, listen to us when you

Hi girls and welcome to a new month of podcasts.

February's theme is representation.

Last month was addiction and I've been overwhelmed by all the submissions

and all the people I've been so lucky enough to speak to.

But this month is representation and I think it's going to be such an important thing for

us to focus on because it covers such a wide range of important issues that we at Girls'

Talk want to give our attention to. Like we always say,

our biggest motto, nothing is too taboo for girls talk. So for our first episode, I've got

possibly the most diverse and exciting panels sat in front of me. We're talking about representation

in the LGBT Q plus community,

and my guests are not going to disappoint.

They already haven't.
