1:47.0 | For those of you who don't know about this case, it takes place in January 2009 in Lake County, Illinois, about an hour north of Chicago in a suburb called Lincoln Shire. |
1:59.0 | Melissa Kelliuzinski was 22 years old and working as a teacher's assistant at Minisubi in the Park Daycare Center in Lincoln Shire. |

2:11.0 | In fact, she seemed to really love kids in general. She had done a lot of babysitting and worked for four years as a nanny for a family with five children. |
2:20.0 | So when Melissa's sister got her the job working alongside her at the daycare center, Melissa jumped at the chance. |
2:26.0 | There were never any complaints about Melissa at the daycare center or complaints about the daycare center itself. |

2:36.0 | At about 350 in the afternoon on January 14, 2009, a 16 month old boy named Benjamin Kingon became unresponsive at the daycare center while under Melissa's care. |
