Yes, I do believe it is the greatest nation on God's Green Earth, despite the fact that fewer Americans

than ever before share that belief. There is a new polling that suggests that while Americans

across the political spectrum want the U.S. to be a global moral leader. A fewer than ever before believe that it holds

that title right now. The survey highlights a significant gap. 61% of respondents believe the U.S.

should be a moral leader, while 39% believe it actually is one.

The latter figure shows a steep decline from 2017, which was the beginning of Trump's first term,

when 60% of Americans, before Trump had gotten to work as president president viewed the nation as a moral leader in a similar survey.

What does some of this have to do with?

It has to do with the moral stain that a leading Catholic newspaper identified with J.D. Vance.

Now, what's wrong with J.D. Vance?

He has just become the most outspoken member of a very outspoken administration, more outspoken than Christy Noam, more outspoken than President Trump himself.

Yes, it's J.D. Vance.

And the Catholic National Online Catholic Register, a Catholic newspaper, calls J.D. Vance,

a moral stain upon Catholic teaching and Catholic values after the victim smear. What is the victim smear? It is J.D. Vance's attempt to blame the victim of the shooting yesterday

in Minneapolis to blame that victim, whose name was

Renee Good, to blame her for her own death and to blame her for being a violent rioter where

there is no evidence at all that she is.

J.D. Vance also made comments about we, meaning ICE, is going to start going door to door

in Minneapolis. And why?
