Joey Chan has run a successful construction company for over 20 years and began investing in real estate in 2008 with his first rental in West Orange, NJ. Since then, he and his partners have built a portfolio of 60+ JV rental units, mortgage notes, and over 60 completed transactions. Today, Joey is a General Partner in 208 units in Dallas, TX, and a Limited Partner in 76 units.
