I've spent the last seven years of my life being a mom. At first, it was just to one, and I lost a lot of sleep. I had no idea what I was doing. It didn't have a bedtime routine. I didn't have a nighttime routine. And I also didn't teach my child what healthy sleeping habits were. She depended on me for everything. And then I had a second one.

And I was like, no way, I'm doing this different. And although I've always been a very structured

person, and I've always had a lot of routines, and my daughter, my first daughter, went to bed at

the same time pretty much every single night. Sleeping didn't really happen for her.

So when the second one came around, I decided I was going to take a course. I was going to approach

It's changed my marriage. It's changed how I interact with my kids. It's changed our ability to sleep well, which then in turn keeps us healthy. It makes

us happy, less irritable. And the best part of it is we don't dread putting our kids to bed anymore and they don't dread it either.
