0:22.5	So I wanted to give a little tip of OnX this week and it has to go with when you're scouting.
0:29.7	So when I'm scouting for elk or anything else really, I like to use both Onex and Google Earth on the side to kind of give an idea for the way the train looks.
0:41.7	So say I'm scouting out west and I find this specific area I want to mark.
0:47.9	Maybe that's a north facing slope or a meadow or whatever that might be.
0:52.2	You can mark a place mark on the Google Earth desktop version, the pro version.
0:56.9	It's free to download, but you can mark your place mark there.
1:00.3	And once, say, you have a collection of, say, 15 waypoints, you can save those files as a KML file type.
1:09.9	Save that to your computer and go over onto onxmaps.com go into their
1:16.5	web app if you already have the the login for that go in and go into my content on the sidebar
1:26.4	there and hit import file and you can upload those
1:30.4	waypoints right into your on-x maps and then you can go in on the on-x hunt app and change that

1:50.4	everything else. So that's something that I've found is really valuable when using the two
1:55.3	to be able to scout. And because when I'm in the field, on X is the only thing that I use.
2:01.1	And it's really helpful to be able to use those two programs together.
