Let's start with a brief discussion about the payroll tax and President Trump recently announcing an executive order whereby certain people will be given a holiday or a reprieve from having to pay that,

as well as their employees who also have to pay payroll tax to the government.

And this is part of a coronavirus measure intended to allow some people to keep more money in their pocket right now

Although they and their employers will still right now owe the money at the end of the tax season but it's apparently to keep the money
