Hey folks, Randy Noberg here with another episode of Hunt Talk Radio. I'm here in my home

in Bozeman, Montana with my special guest, any of you who had your hunting partner come

home for a week like I did. My son Matthew is here. Celebrating his 26th birthday today.

Happy birthday, Matthew. Thanks. And he's home visiting us for a week. And I just got back

from Alaska, from a black bear hunt. And I head to the NRA show in Louisville, Kentucky

tomorrow. So I told him, let's sit down and crank out a podcast. And he said, yeah, let's

do that. So we got all kinds of things we're going to talk about here. We're done with

the political stuff. I appreciate you guys listening in for the two podcasts that we did

down political topics. I know some of you said, well, gosh, I don't live in Montana. So

it's not that appealing to me and I get that. But you all know that I use my platforms

in a pretty heavy political way. And I hope that all of you who have platforms or that

you listen to other platforms, I hope you will encourage them to get involved in the politics

of whatever it is, public land issues, hunting issues. I mean, right now I look at Cory

Jacobson and Ryan Hatfield and those guys over in Idaho. And they're fighting a big battle

right now with the politics of their governor, not reappointing to very hunter friendly

commissioners to the Fish and Wildlife Board, Fish and Game Board over there commission.

Those guys both have big platforms and it's encouraging to see Cory and Ryan use those

platforms to try, try, create change for the benefit of their audience and for hunters.

So I'm hoping that all of us in the hunting world, when we have these kind of platforms,

it comes to me, at least to me, you know, comes with the responsibility of being involved

and doing something about it. So anyhow, Matthew, what do you got for an outline here? Am I

going to have to tell Alaska Bear hunting stories? Or did you grab a bunch of stuff off hunt
