Hey ladies, welcome to an episode of the Purpose Show.

This episode is super fun and relaxed, which I very much like.

I've been wanting to do Q&A episodes for a while, just because I do get a lot of questions, a lot of emails, lots of Instagram messages,

just with questions about my life and how I do things and all the things that I teach on and inspire you to make changes in.

Sometimes you just have questions, and as my business has grown, I've had to become more and more removed from interacting with each individual comment and message.

Sometimes when I get messages, sort of by the masses, a lot of the same question again and again, it tells me that this is something that really needs to be answered.

I try to take notice of that, and these episodes are kind of just a time every month is my plan to do these episodes every month, and just have this time set aside to dive into maybe one or two or three hopefully questions that I get all the time and sort of just give answers.

I think even if you haven't been a person that asks these questions, you might find the answers helpful and interesting, and it's just kind of a free fall of inspiration.
