Welcome, we're going to talk about a technique, a strategy, really, a better word, a strategy for

improving your vocabulary.

In other words, growing it, learning more words more quickly.

There's different ideas about how to do this,

but I'm just gonna talk about one way

that you can do this. Now right now we are live on

YouTube today. YouTube and we're going to talk about growing your vocabulary

with something called volume, volume training we could call it.

It's kind of like in weightlifting.

Body builders, weightlifters, they have something called volume training,

high volume training, and that's where they're just lifting lots and lots and

lots of weight. Maybe the weight is not so heavy but they're lifting constantly like just large numbers of repetitions

large numbers of exercises high volume it means amount high amount, quantity focus, meaning amount.
