Summary

Incontinence happens from childbirth, PTSD, anxiety, sexual trauma, and many other hard to discuss parts of our lives. This pelvic floor issue happens to both men and women and my guest today is on a mission to help the masses heal and strengthen their pelvic floor area.

For myself being enthusiastic about the spiritual part of my life is loving all parts of me. It is about integrating the mind, body and spirit into balance. I have found that my physical body helps me create a container for my mind and spirit and that is why taking care of the physical body is so important.

In this episode I have invited a friend from years ago who has created a powerful path of healing through yoga, breath work and mindfulness.

Leah Wrobel she been teaching yoga since 2003, leading courses, workshops and retreats in Israel, France, Denmark and across the United States.
