We call it the intersection of faith and culture.

0:14.6

It means our faith applies to everything, including all of the cultural aspects around us, political, entertainment, all those things.

0:21.4

So always be thinking about that. The Lord is the Lord over everything in our life. And so the Bible

0:25.5

applies to each and every one of these areas. So we have a lot of different people on the program,

0:29.4

0:38.9

legislators conference.

0:40.2

I don't know if y'all remember this or not, but the whole reason we started that was because

we kept hearing all these people all over the country say, I ran for state rep because

0:47.0

of read David Barton's original intent, or I ran for the legislature because of this,

No, maybe he listened to C. Maybe he listened to down the list. I don't know. Anyway, it's kind of cool to have him on today. It is really cool. He's one of those guys who is a champion up in Washington, D.C. right now.

1:31.4

1:36.6

1:41.0

to understand the reason we need a separation of powers and the reason we need checks

1:44.2

and balances. I mean, that's the kind of stuff that motivates him. And it was so cool when we

1:48.6

got connected with him a couple years ago and he was telling us some of the background that,

1:52.3

you know, dad, he had heard you speak however many years ago. And that that was one of many things

1:57.0

that had really encouraged and inspired him to get involved. And now he's in a place where
