As you can tell, I'm not Melissa. I am Brian. Melissa has the night off and tonight's trader line

up. Nobody gets the night off. Guy Adami, Tim Seymour, Karen Feynman and Steven P. Grassell.

Welcome everybody. Good to be here. All right, on a day that we found out that inflation is running

hotter than any time since ET was the hottest ticket around 1982. Let's talk about rising prices

and begin here with oil and gas because crude oil once again popping its head above 83 bucks

of barrel. It is now up nearly 10 percent this year. And that has given fuel to the oil and gas

stocks. Check out these numbers. The XLE ETF up 14 percent since last Monday. The OIH even better.

Up 19 percent folks. That's this year. Many individual names up 15, 18 or then 20 percent

all just since January 3rd. In fact, energy stocks account for seven of the top eight names

so far in the S&P 500 this year. And there is a lot to talk about. So let's get right into it.

And we have to start here. Guy Adami because I don't host this show very much, but I do know this

enough. I'm here to know that you've been talking about Shlumber's A for a while. It has been your

final trade for a long time. So a big shout out to you Mr. Adami that SLB trade. Red hot this year.
