Talking about crossover week. You're from the tech side. I'm from the oil side. I'm from the oil side. I think we can

tell it's crossover week because you're sitting in the host share. I know yeah. That

intro is a little different than what some of our listeners might be used to.

I don't have the host voice like Sean O'Reilly does. I don't think any of us do.

No, he has a certain carry to the way he speaks. It's really excellent. But yeah, today's, or I guess this whole week is cross over.

Yeah, so you're joining the energy show and we're going to try and figure out what energy and tech have in common.

Yeah, I think drones. That's kind of what I want to go with.

A lot of people might not realize that, so that's why we're talking about it.

Drones obviously very consumer facing right now.

I'll get to the industrial and oil and gas implications in a minute, but why don't you kick off

for some of our listeners that might only tune into the energy show, a little bit about Go Pro, what's going

on with them, and then we'll get into some applications beyond just the consumer side.

Yeah, I think Go Pro is one of the names in the market that a lot of people were expecting big things from.

They recently relaunched their karma line in late October.

This is their first drone, right?

This is their first attempt at a drone, and it didn't go so well. As it turns out earlier this month

they announced that they were recalling 2,500 units of the karma drone.

Sold for about 800 bucks to 1099 depending on which model
