I'm Peter Ernest, the director, and we are delighted to have you all here.

I must say this, the subject we're discussing could not probably have come at a better

time in that I think there probably isn't anyone in America who isn't discussing

the either Edward Snowden or the NSA coverage or

Manning or whatever. In other words this whole issue of intelligence coverage of Americans, of all stripe, the concerns about terrorism.

We now have the recent incident in Nairobi, which in which Americans may or may not have participated.

We don't know.

It has not been confirmed.
