What's happening guys? Happy Tuesday and thank you for joining another special episode

of your welcome. You know the UFC was off this weekend but man it was a busy weekend

for combat sports just like it will be upcoming this weekend when Israel,

Alasagna looks to get his belt back from Alex Pierre in Miami. I'm gonna talk about

that fight and all the other ones scheduled to go down at UFC 287 guys. We got

storylines and we're gonna get to that later in the show but right now I'm

gonna give you an update on Nate Diaz's desire to box and I'm gonna give some

advice to Darantill. Before we get to those stories we have to begin by getting

into one of the biggest stories that's ever happened today.

When do you get your best? It's such a fascinating concept in business. I've

never seen a book written on this. I've never seen a class or a lecture on this

topic but it still exists. When do you give your best? If you have the ability to

give more to your customer right now today should you most of you would say yes.

But that's not what happens all around us, right? There's engines out there that

can go a million miles. We know that. They put them in have put them for generations

into semi-trucks. They got to do long hauls. They have that engine they could put

it in your car but they don't because they want it to break so then you fix it so

that you bring it back. They have microwaves right now that'll last 30 years.

But they sell you one that'll last seven. Why won't they say they'll want the last

30 years? They need you to come back. Sure. There's tires out there that you

would never need to replace but they sell you the ones that every three years
