Erecha, it's Labor Day, so you know what that means? Like millions of people across the country,

we're not going to labor.

Oh, for once. Instead, we're getting the day off.

We are getting the day off and good Lordy do I need it. And while many of us are

very fortunate to get paid for this holiday this is not the case with all those members of the Screen Acters Guild and the

Writers Guild of America they're all on strike and they haven't gotten a paycheck in

months. Yeah not cool it's day 126 for the writers and day 52 for the actors on the picket line.

So in honor of Labor Day, we want to salute everybody on the picket line who's looking for a fair deal.

Yeah, and to all those struggling actors and writers out there,

we love you, stay strong,

and we'll see you on the picket lines.

Arisha, I feel like we've all had those moments where we just feel like we're completely

getting screwed over in some way.

And you know what, there comes a point when you got to just be like,

listen, enough is enough.

And that point is right now for the members of the Screen Actors Guild, they have voted

overwhelmingly to go on strike.
