Further inflationary signs as Federal Reserve policy makers meet to talk interest rates.

The cost of employing workers, that's pay and benefits, increased by 1.2% in the first three months of the year, a faster pace than

the previous quarter, that's according to the Labor Department.

Meanwhile, home prices in February were at or near record highs in many cities.

The K Schiller Index advanced half a percent compared to the month prior.

Both measures contribute to higher inflation,

something Fed officials will consider as they meet over the next two days.

They are widely expected to leave interest rates at current levels.

Another consideration, consumer confidence, the Conference Board's Index fell more than expected to its lowest level in two years.

Walmart says it's getting out of the health clinic business, shuttering all 50 it had opened

in several states.

The company said it could not figure out a sustainable

business model. It will still run its pharmacies and Vision Centers. I'm Novasapo
