So the green dolphin diner, I've actually eaten there. It's on Main Street and Huntington Long Island.

It's owned by a guy named Peter Sedilla, a Cigric guy. And he displayed Israeli flags at his diner for them in support of Israel.

So that prompted a big controversy. All right. He lost some business and three out of his 13 person staff quit over it.

I'm going to myself, okay, I understand private business getting into politics. Sometimes that's not a good thing.

But I kind of respect Peter because this homosting is so horrific. It's so deadly to human beings and to the nation spirit.

Because we were attacked on 9-11 same thing, no difference. And that we supported our country by hoisting the American flag after 9-11, right?

So I don't know if Peter did anything wrong. I don't think he did. So his business. And I think he's on the side of the angels here.

So I'm going to go have another meal at the Golden Doff. And I don't know when, but I'll get there soon. And I wanted to let you know that if you're in the Huntington area, it's a good diner.

You know, I like the old-fashioned French toast.

Side of corn, beef hash. That's a hearty breakfast. And they're not gouging in there as far as prices are concerned. And you know, you might, you know, ask for Peter to talk it over with him. See how he's doing.

I do understand that after wabc mentioned the story. A lot of people went in.

All right. So while his business suffered right after he put the flags up, now it's recovering. And that a lot of Jewish long Islanders are going out there to.

They can't eat at non kosher places, but they're going out there and, you know, not every Jewish kosher.

So to lend support or whatever.

So this is one of those times where you can make a stand on something, right? It's a little thing. I guess a diner in Huntington.

Being on the right side of a very vital issue and paying a price for that. But then the good folks rally to the cause. That's how I see it.

I'm a pretty black and white simple guy. So that's where I am. I'm going to go out and see Peter and have some old fashioned French toast.

A lot of you are still talking about the show that we did. Sid Roosevelt and I last Friday at Huntington theater, ironically, right down the street from the diner.
