I welcome back to the personality hacker podcast my name is Joel Mark Witt and I'm

Antonio Dodge so Jonathan on our team was telling us a story this week, Antonio.

It was actually on one of our membership calls

for our Personacker Plus membership.

He was telling a story about him and his son.

And I thought was a really interesting story that I will kick off today's conversation.

He said that in their family they there were I guess his daughter need to go somewhere and she

needed a water bottle and Jonathan has ENFJ preferences and he was trying to react quickly.

So he saw a metal water bottle sitting near by the door and he just grabbed it and

rinsed it out, filled the water, gave it to his daughter to take off site somewhere

away from their home.

I think it was an overnight or at least a long enough visit

that this product, this resource is gonna go away for a period of time.

Well, I guess it was, the actual water bottle was his son's water bottle.

And so it goes off with his daughter, but his son finds out about this and he suspects his son has in like

TJ preferences extroverted thinking or effectiveness preferences and Jonathan has ENFJ preferences. So already they may not always understand each other.

And Jonathan said that he,

and his son was frustrated by it, very frustrated by it.

He allowed his son to express his full range of emotions

directly to him as long as he's respectful and was a long conversation.

Sean then said he got pretty heated, he's young, he's like 12, 13 somewhere in that range got pretty heated he's young he's like 12 13 somewhere in that range got

pretty heated but he's respectful and I allowed that to happen he's like but that's
