friend Jenny Nolan, who is just going to talk and wrap with me about spiritual awakening and

who knows where it's going to go. I love Jenny though. I'm really excited to talk with

her. She is a woman of many hats, which is very true. She is a self-love and empowerment leader. Empower

her men, she likes to work with women, empowering other women, and helping them to heal and own their story and step into their desires.

I'm so freaking excited to be here. Yay. So will you tell us a little bit, you know,

well, kind of like in like a non-biosynopsisy way, like who you are and how you came to be on a path where

spirituality is part of your life at all.

Yeah.

So I think with the spirituality, spirituality part of it, I'll go back usually a little further than I do with my story of like awakening.

But I grew up in a home with divorced parents and my mom was Mormon and my dad was non-denominational Christian and they butted heads about religion. And so I always felt like
