let's jump in to skimming your resume. So my first job was when I was like 12 and I had a paper round

and it gave me my first taste of my own cash, which was just wonderful. And I feel like I just

haven't stopped working since then. I went through a wholeston in my life working in retail and I

had always really been about fashion. I loved that world. I come from a place where it was really

devoid of any kind of fashion or glamour. So I found myself really gravitating towards just the

beauty and the supermodels and the brands, as I was growing up, it was all about Versace and Chanel

and I found myself working in designer stores in London. And then my first kind of proper job
