Emma the reason we wanted to have you up here is you've been here for a while we've gotten

to hang out with you but we haven't formally introduced you really to mayhem at home and the people who to

may have been formally introduced you really to mayhem at home and the people who kind of digest our content

and we just wanted to kind of, it's just sit down as to get to know you and to

chat so we're really glad you're here.

And I mean, let's just start there because it's the obvious place.

You've been in mayhem now for a couple of months.

Like, how do you settle in it?

How do you like Cookville? Oh, man, I love love it and I've loved it from the beginning.

Like everybody was just so genuinely welcoming to me like going out of their way

above and beyond to make me feel welcome here and wanted and just like a part of it.

So I mean it's always it's always like kind of scary to be in a new place, new people like people

just do things differently here than what I'm used to, but it wasn't a hard adjustment because I just immediately felt so comfortable with everybody.

And like in the last couple months, especially those relationships have just been growing.

So it's been great.

And you brought some relationships with you.

We're going to unpack all this stuff, but like just to kind of set the scene,

it wasn't as if you came here and you knew nobody.

You brought one, your coach, and then a couple of training partners too.
