She studied creative writing at Hope College and the New York Center for Art and Media Studies

Yeah, so I'll do my best. You might have noticed my book is rather long. I'm not short-winded.

So the elevator pitch is always tricky for me. But the basic premise is that an author, a romance author who has recently lost her father and found out some pretty damning secrets

about him and her parents' marriage sort of loses her belief in love. And this is obviously

hugely problematic when that is how she supports herself as writing love stories. So she's
