Hey guys, welcome to episode 187 of the JV club. I hope some of you, you know what, I know some of you

enjoyed the re-release that I did last week because I did hear from a few of you that you had not

yet checked out the Kathleen Rose Perkins episode and that my doing that

re-release prompted you into giving it a try and that you really liked it.

So that made me very happy and I will maybe lean on that again if I have to skip an episode.

Thank you also to those of you who wished

me well because I was sick. That was a very sad sounding intro that I did to the

re-release last week. Still still a little bit nasal and gross,

but doing much better.

Listen, I've made this all about me,
