Oh boy, all right, so this is going to be the episode that was supposed to come out on Friday,

but we're putting it out now because obviously there is news now, and it's because

we're at peak indictment.

This is the most indicted that Donald Trump will be in terms of things that could happen.

I'll get to that in a second.

But here's the news.

Donald Trump has indeed been indicted once more, according to a 45 page document made public on Tuesday.

The indictment revolves around Trump's actions after the 2020 election results, with the specific focus on the events at the

Capitol during the January 6th certification, but not specifically the riot.

Generally, conspiracy cases of which Trump is accused of,

center on claims that involve parties conspiring to act against specific federal criminal

regulation.

However, that is not the case.

Two out of the four charges leveled against Trump differ from that typical pattern.

One charge accuses him of plotting to defraud the United States, while another points to
