0:03.6	Never has there been a crazier time. This is absolutely wild. The Iranian war has kicked off.
0:09.9	It is, I think, full-fledged at this point. Now, I think a lot of people are getting the analysis on Iran wrong.
0:16.2	They either get sucked into the Israel question of whether we're just being puppet mastered or they're
0:23.3	buying into the propaganda around the nuclear threat. If we want to get below the propaganda,
0:29.4	what's really going on in Iran? You know, it's such a great question. And the best place to
0:33.4	start when I felt myself conflicted by the same two narratives, right? The Israel's in charge
0:39.4	narrative and the WMD narrative, which is a funny narrative because we've been there before.
0:44.8	I was asking myself the same question. How do I get deeper than this? And when I was at CIA,
0:50.1	I remember that every year we have to create a national threat assessment at CIA that then feeds up to the ODNI, the office of the director of national intelligence, along with every other intelligence agency out there. So NRO, NGA, NSA, FBI, Army Intel, Navy intel, everybody's charged with writing an assessment of the biggest threats from their specific
1:12.6	type of intelligence facing the United States.
1:15.4	And then they send that to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that
1:19.0	then compiles it into one final threat assessment for the U.S.
1:23.5	And that threat assessment is what all the congressmen and congresswomen use to fund intelligence
1:30.2	operations for the following year. So let me take a look at that document. I want to know where
1:34.8	Iran and to the same question, where does Venezuela land? Because less than 60 days ago, we rendered
1:41.7	Nicholas Maduro out of his bed in Venezuela, Caracas.
1:46.4	Now, is that threat assessment something you get because it's classified or is that publicly
1:50.7	available?
1:50.9	It's a publicly available document.
1:52.1	We create classified versions that then get sanitized and shared publicly because it's part
1:58.2	of what the national intelligence estimate that's owed to the American
