This is the first part of a two-part series on sleep and the second part I'm going to

go over.

Basically, a brain dump of months of research.

I've been researching sleep for my medicine coaching clients and because I wanted them

to have the best available information when they ask me to talk about sleep, it contributes

to burnout, contributes to overwhelm.

We got to get it right and so I spent months researching I've gone to sleep therapists

to talk to them, read all the extent literature I could find.

I want to get it all out of my head so I don't need to remember it anymore.

I could just refer back to my own podcasts.
