nefropathy now after I recorded the episode with Joel I had a few questions that

it occurred to me so I sent them to him and he was nice enough to answer

so I'll go through them sequentially first First question is, is there any difference in risk assessment

when all of the patients decreased GFR

appears to be from a pre-renal Aza team,

you know, from something like dehydration versus an actual intrinsic kidney

disease.
