of massive transfusion, all sorts of tips and tricks there.

But I wanted to hear it from another side.

I wanted to hear it from one of my brethren

in the trauma anesthesia world, you know,

they have to do one woman, one man, massive transfusion.

Sometimes they have a buddy to help them,

but they do not have a bevy of nurses

and clinical associates to help them out.

They're doing it all on their own for the most part.

So I wanted to hear their opinion

and there's no better person to render a trauma anesthesia

opinion than Roman Doudarek.

He is the lead for trauma anesthesia

and a professor of anesthesiology at the University of Miami's.

I believe it is the writer trauma center.

If I get that wrong, don't kill me.

And he is the director of trauma quality.

He is an amazing guy.
