it's July, and I haven't done this yet.

I've been planning to do it for many a year, and it just keeps getting swept away by

other stuff I want to speak about.

I figured I'd give an episode on advice to residents, advice to new residents, but residents

who've already been established to me have some bad habits.

But if you are not a resident, I think you will still gain from listening to this episode.
