So this week you're guided exploring concepts such as discipline, honor, courage, and the importance of living with

And I know many of you feel this is missing in our modern day life.

And so if you focus on yourself cultivating this kind of resilience, focus, and a clear sense of purpose that was such an important part of a samurai's daily life, you may find that you can begin change simply by changing

how you approach your own life.

So I want to guide you today using an affirmation, a powerful affirmation,

and the samurai used affirmations to focus their thoughts and they also did a lot of different

trainings similar to affirmation but trainings that were repetitive

before they did a lot of physical exertion as they train themselves in warfare. And so when you focus your mind with an affirmation,

it is similar to how you get your body ready and prepared for whatever it is you're

embarking on. For the samurai it was often battle and they fought to the end. So honor was considered the most important aspect of the life of a

samurai and to give your life in battle was and is still

considered the ultimate sacrifice. So your challenge for today, I hope you're following along with the

week's challenge, is to create your own Bushido. This is the code of conduct. What's important to you? What are your
