Welcome to another episode of Paleum G unccensored. I'm your host Julie Bauer Roth

coming to you from my living room with a very, very tired pup next to me. I took

them out for you know a a 12 minute walk and it was exhausting.

Jackson likes to get overheated within 12 seconds of a walk and 12 minutes he's done. He's absolutely done and exhausted for the day it's a

really win-win for me since I I was going to say I don't have much time in the day

but of course I do I have time to walk my dog as long as he needs to go because I don't want to do anything today. But 12 minutes all is all he got in him. So this morning was a very fun morning

because it was a Red Rocks morning.

So I feel like most people know what Red Rocks

amphitheater is at this point if you're not from Colorado.

It's like a very well-known venue, but if you're new and don't know much about it,

Red Rocks is this beautiful amphitheatre that was built among these red, they're like the

color red rocks, these giant rocks that shoot out of the mountain and they built this amphitheatre.

Why am I having such a hard time saying that?

Right in the middle.

But you have to, you can drive up to the top and then go down but at some point you'll have to walk back up the steps

We like to park at the bottom and then there's all these steps that go up the side of the mountain and up through the amphitheatre and then

in the middle is the amphitheatre with all the, what's it called, like the seating.

Why am I having such a hard time with words?

Because I just ran that place.

So it has bleachers, that's what I'm trying to say these nice bleachers that are really spacious and so you can go up there to exercise and people exercise like crazy there
